Recently I visited (East side) London. I really loved this part of the city for its photo opportunities. I photographed some other parts of the city too.
London in 80 photos.
On September 17th I participated in the 8 hour Urban Photo Race in Nijmegen, the oldest town of The Netherlands.
The UPR is a photo marathon. Participants are asked to make 4 series of photos based on themes that were disclosed on the day itself, walking through the city along given checkpoints within a certain timeframe. For the UPR it means one needs to make a series of 3 photos per theme and deliver their photo selection at the end.
On September 16th I participated in the Urban Photo Race The Hague (Den Haag) and it’s seaside resort Scheveningen. I submitted 18 photos for the race; 3 photo per theme (6). More information here.
Here I made a collection of 80 pictures to show city and the sea.

Both national and international selection reveals the intriguing works of photographers like Roderik van Nispen, Dai Asano, and Chris Lee. These selected photographers will display their work alongside renowned photographers such as Reiner Riedler, who will be presenting images from his project Pleasure Gardens. The exhibitions will be installed on both the inside and outside of the shipping containers at Nieuw - Mathenesse, Rotterdam (NL).”

I am very happy and proud to announce that I have been selected to exhibit at Rotterdam Photo, mid-2021.
Rotterdam Photo is an annual photo fair with a festival flair. The event,= celebrates the wide spectrum of photography as it presents itself in our contemporary image culture. Together with exhibitions at the Nederlands Fotomuseum and the fine art photography fair Haute Photographie, the 'Kop van Zuid' transforms into the one stop hub for photography fans, from June 30 till July 4 2021.
The festival was initially planned in February, as part of the Art Rotterdam week, but due to the COVID-19 measures, it has been decided to postpone the festival to the summer.
The theme of Rotterdam Photo 2021 is 'Planet Human' and I will be exhibiting with my series 'Emptiness'.
Here’s a little impression of the festival.
Today, I received my copy of Zoom magazine. In this edition two of my winning photos in the Urban Photo Race Utrecht (last September) are published.
